Manistee Jingle Bell Jog 2014 is coming soon!

The weather is turning colder, the cross-country season is winding down, and the Manistee Jingle Bell Jog 5K is coming soon!  This year's race will once again include a 5K run and a 5K walk.  Pre-registration is only $15, and includes a nifty specially-designed hat.  Race through Manistee, all decorated for Christmas, while the sound of jingle bells on your shoes makes the mood more festive. All proceeds support the Manistee Area Public Schools cross-country teams.

Middle School on the Run!

The 2014 season has started!  4 Manistee MS girls and 1 MS boy took home medals in the early-season Leanna Wolf-Geers Invitational hosted by MCC in Scottville.  Plus the 6th grade got their first taste of race competition!

2014 Manistee Firecracker 5K Run / Walk

The 2014 Manistee Firecracker 5K run / walk will take place Saturday, July 5th.  This year's event will once again feature a fun run 1K at 8am, followed by the 5K run at 8:15.  We once again will be using Michiana Timing to get accurate and instant results!  All races take start and finish at Manistee Middle/High School.  Registration is just $25 ($28 on race day) includes a high quality T-shirt, and all proceeds support the Manistee track fund.
