Christopher Lewis took 1st with a time of 18:42.

Amelia Kashian was the first female in 20:45.

Paul Niedzielski was the 1st male masters (18:53) and Heidi Kelly took 1st female masters (22:16).

Manistee Firecracker 5K returns July 6th 2019

The Manistee Firecracker 5K returns on July 6th, 2019, as part of the Manistee National Forest Festival celebration.  This 5K race supports the Manistee Community Track fund.

Join us for a 5K run/walk and a 1K fun run!  It's a great part of our annual summer celebration.  All races start and finish at Manistee Middle/High School on 525 12th Street.  The 5K features a loop through local neighborhoods and a tour of 1st Street Beach.   Prizes to the top finishers in each age group.  Register now - each participant gets a specially designed T-shirt!

Jingle Bell 2018 a slushy success!

120+ runners and walkers finished the Manistee 2018 Jingle Bell Jog 5K.   Thanks for the support!

Manistee Jingle Bell Jog 2018 is coming!

The 2018 Manistee Jingle Bell Jog 5K Run / Walk will be held December 8th, 2018 at 10am during the annual Manistee Old Victorian Christmas Weekend.  Back this year - our one of a kind, famous long-sleeve "ugly sweater" T-shirts!

Registration is $18 by Nov. 30th, $23 after.  Add $5 for a Tech T-shirt instead of cotton.

All proceeds go to support Manistee Area Public Schools Cross-Country teams.

Come on out in your favorite Christmas attire and run or walk with us!
