MS XC in action at Scottville, HS goes to Fremont this weekend

As the HS prepares for their first 5K XC race of the year this Saturday at the Hill & Bale in Fremont, the MS started their season with a race at the Leanna Geers Invitational in Scottville.  24 of the 25 Manistee runners were running their first school race ever!  The top boy finisher was the lone veteran, Mason Callesen, who finished 10th overall in 3000M race 12:10, while 7th grader Erin Dorn was the top girl in 15:13.  Seven 6th graders ran a great 1500M race too!
